Health impacts on collaborative pianists

Thank you for participating in this global study on the working lives of collaborative pianists! This research aims to document and understand economic, physical, mental, and systemic factors within our field. The data gathered will form the basis of a major study advocating for a more sustainable and equitable future for our profession.

Please be sure to answer as honestly and completely as you can to make sure this data is as accurate as possible. Most of the questions are single or multiple choice, but you will have the option to add some text for clarity, should you choose to do so. 

The questionnaire is divided into several sections, and is designed for ease of use. Please rest assured that your anonymity is guaranteed. All data will be aggregated and used for statistical analysis and fully anonymized quotations. Unless you explicitly give your permission, we will not contact or cite you by name.
